This is my game, my art, my effect, everything inside is made by me and me alone, in 3 MONTHS i did it procrastinating and during i am moving my house. which make me better than many studio i know, no matter in TIME or RESOURCES

I collect user action I know where level they are,
what they doing, install and uninstall my app, open my notification, my game design all is base on real fact data. As you know some experience need to update to the latest user's behavior. which not every game designer can do this,
EXP: Mario used to be famous game, but not anymore in nowadays, however if your game designer refer to old successful game, then it will be dangerous.
So user data is important, especially recent 1 month. During my journey through my pass company i can tell, most Malaysia game studio lack of "technical base game designer" which is very outdated, traditional way to run a tech game company. That is risky.
Picture above is the data i collected in 1 month, now I see my bottleneck
130 install, 40 people keep the game,
60 people played 1st level,
10 people reach level 4 and give up
now you only know where the problem is..
And I did localization since this is Chinese style game, but the data refuse my naive
- 18 people used Chinese
- 134 people used English.
therefore I know what language that is more approach to the audience even if you are target for Chinese people.

Moreover i learn how to make trailer video, my previous company all lazy to hire people that do ASO, which make you store visibility low. ASO need long term maintain and most time the result will be only minor, and they don't want to spend money on something so little. But for me, no visibility = no hope, you cant event calculate long term value for your games

When I make this game, I am desperate to publish it, due to my previous all company don't publish the game I made, all effort I spend throw into drain. Some leader are very indecisive, which it is a struggle to work with. And they never want to use real data, never release the game, all talk on paper, and boss you around. Enjoying being a king
